Wrong delivery support - 2-day

Had a packaged being delivered that required a signature so made sure I was here. When it didn't show up at the normal delivery time I checked website which showed it was delivered and signed for by me. Called customer support, found it was delivered to an address that doesn't exist. Forwarded to investigations dept. After a total of 45 minutes on hold investigations said I needed to call the shipper and that there was nothing they could do until the shipper called them. Over an hour total on the phone to find that out. Really poor.
