On 5/18 I was scheduled to receive a package via UPS. At about 4:07 PM the truck pulled up ad when we asked the guys if the truck if they had a package for us they said "no". I went upstairs and used the website to track the package and it said "Package delivered at 4:07 PM. Left on front gate". Not so! This is the second consecutive time that UPS does that with our delivery. It is not left or left at another address. They are very irresponsible. The worst part is that they do not allow you to file a claim. It has to be the shipper. I contacted the shipper but they do not file claims on behalf of the customer. I still filed a lost package but it has been more than a week without response from UPS. Tracking number: 1Z38220W0345407702
