I received a postcard from UPS on Oct. 29 alerting me to an attempted delivery on Oct. 19. The postcard also said I had until Oct. 26 to pick up the package from the local branch. I'm fine with not having received the postcard until the 29th (3 days after the package was returned to the shipper) since this was probably the fault of the internal mailing system in my building. However, UPS cannot provide me with an information about this shipper other than "MPS". No information is provided regarding what "MPS" stands for nor a return address or phone number for MPS. Thus, I have no way of contacting the shipper to resend the package. The shipper has not contacted me and I am very concerned that the package may never be reshipped or received by either party.
