Last year they called and said i approved an ad. Reluctantly I paid that bill. I told them to put me on do not call. And cancel any contract verbally or otherwise. Now they are calling insisting that I owe more money. I am fed up with calls about ads that we did not agree upon. They state you need a letter stating that you want to cancel.
