I bought terra cotta saucers on Amazon.com. They were packed in a few pieces of brown paper and arrived all broken. I notified ProMax immediately. They said they were out of stock and could not replace by the time I needed them. After fighting for months to get my money back, Amazon finally refunded by $96 shipping fee. ProMax won't return calls or respond to my letter. They breached the contract and won't give me my $106.95 back.
