Big City Yellow Pages is a Scam, A Big Yellow Rip-Off

I subscribed to Big City yellow Pages to advertise my small bussiness. After a couple monthes of no hits or contacts from anyone.

I called to cancel my subscription. The representitive did not cancel the subscription as requested.

I thought the cancellation was done and I wouldnt be charged any longer.

I have been billed now for over 1 year after requesting a cancellation.

I never received any corrispondence from Big City Yellow Pages.

And I received absolutly nothing for my $.

Not 1 hit. Not 1 call. And I could not even locate my own add in their directory.

I spoke with a representitive today. He saw when I called to cancel the subscription, but a cancellation number was never recorded so there was nothing he could do but cancel the subscription for mr now.

Thats $600.00 I paid to BCYP in the last year for absolutly nothing.

Big City Yellow pages is a Big yellow Scam, I would not recommend them to anyone.

They can plainly see when and why I called, to cancel. But because no cancellation number was recorded so they say I had the service, and should be charged.

Charged for What. An add I cant even locate. I listed 15 different search words that would lead to my listed add. I could not find it anywhere.

And the fact they dont direct bill you and only add their charges to your phone bill makes things even worse. I didnt notice I was still being billed by them as I have a large phone bill anyway.

I am a Licensed CA Contractor. I do many trades. HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry. Roofing, and many more. You would think that in a year and a half of listing the add, I would have received 1 call at least. (NOTHING), not even 1 call.

A Total Scam / Rip-OFF (BEWARE). Not Customer Friendly. No Refunds for theirso called services.
