I ordered this FREE TRAIL for skin care and received it 6 days ago. I happened to check my checking account and noticed that they debited my account for $99.00! I called and they informed me that my free trial had ended even though I received it less than a week ago. They use the date it is shipped it think or perhaps the first day they tried to deliver it to my home where I do not get mail. I have called twice asking for a full refund and for an RMA# to return it but they have refused telling me that I checked a box accepting their terms and conditions and they will not refund my money. They know this is going to happen so they do not accept credit cards like AxEx because all one has to do with AmEx would be to call and ask them to dispute it and you're money is refunded immediately. Buyer beware of this fraudulent company!
