On February 24th I ordered a free 30 day trial of the Pure Acai Berry Pro from this company.

13 days later this company charged my account $40.00 I called them on the phone # that was listed on the bottle and it was disconnected, I then called the number that was listed on the Debit information on my bank statement.

I was able to get hold of someone and I asked why my account was being charged, they stated that 14 day trial period had ended and that was the charge for the product. I told them I got a 30 day trial so how could that be, and of course they gave me the run around.

After a considerable amount of pleading I was able to get the account canceled and I was assured that I would receive a full refund in 3-5 days.

Three days later I checked my account to see weather or not the refund had come through, and much to my dismay there was no refund, instead there was another charge from this company for $87.13. I called again and got the same person I had spoke to before, and of course got the same run around.

I asked for a supervisor, and was told that the supervisor was in a meeting. With no results from this call I called again a couple days later, I got the supervisor, and GUESS WHAT!!! The supervisor was the same person I had talked to before. After a whole lot of wasted breath I was assured once again that I would have both of my refunds within 3-5 days. Now mind you all of this time they were telling me that I would also receive a refund confirmation notice in my inbox. NOTHING!!!

Five days went by, and by this time it had been two weeks from the first time I had called to try and get all of this straightened out. I checked my account and there was a deposit in there from this company for $40.00 but not the 87.13, I thought that maybe because that amount had come out at a later date it would take a little longer, WRONG AGAIN!!!

I called on last time and asked what was going on, now every time I call they tell me that they are only going by the terms and conditions of the agreement, well guess what you people are LIARS!!! I asked what was going on with the refund of $87.13 they told me and I quote: We are not able to refund this amount because it states in our terms and conditions that if people call and harass us we do not have to give it back, and you have called to many times mam.

Well considering the fact that I was under the impression that I was on a 30 day risk free trial and the fact that they pulled the $87.13 out of my account 3 days after I had canceled the product that I had only ordered 13 days before. I have come to the conclusion that these people who ever they are need to be investigated and shut down and every penny they have taken from consumers on good faith should be refunded to the consumers.
