Miscellaneous

Re Post from Capecrusader, I also applied for this trail and privously submitted a complaint about the Revitaderm and Perfect Radiance free trial. I did also have had $150 taken from my credit card account, I have since posted on this site advise people of how they can get the contact numbers to get in touch with this company, it is a very clever marketing advert and its is as far as I can see not illegal, it is up to the comsumer to look at what they are buying even if the writing is so small it is over looked, which I myself did, I was furiuos when I seen I had money taken from my account, I also phoned this company and was assured no more transaction would happen. They closed my account and refunded my money and also sent me free trials I had orded, and they were very appologetic, This just screams buyer beware, if any of us had read the terms and conditions I dought this page would even exsist,

PURCHASING PRODUCTS
By placing my order, I agree to the Terms of Offer, which explain that I must cancel within 16 days of today to avoid enrollment in monthly delivery program, which ships fresh supply and charges the upfront $5.95 for shipment of the product and $74.95 upon the end of the trial period, and subsequently $74.95 monthly thereafter starting from your initial purchase date. You will be charged on same card provided today. All charges will appear as "PerfectSerum" on your credit card statement.
The above it part of the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page you apply for the free trial on. If you didnt read this then this is why all our credit cards have been debited, we agreed to it unwittenly. I actually feel stupid I didnt read it now.
