Poor service - Customer Service

On 10/30 a group of us nurses visited your restaurant in Norman. Although we made individual orders, none of them were correct! When we mentioned this to the female who took our order, she was rude with 3 of us, refused to make eye contact, and seemed to take more than usual time to correct. When another female came to the counter to ask if she could help, she commented she was ONLY one person! (There were 5 employees working this morning.) We all make errors; I'd like to see Drew Braum go on Undercover Boss and check out this facility. I'm sure they were just having a harried day; however, it's not the customer's fault the orders were incomplete.
