I went to Braum's Oct 21st 2012 per usual for my family's weekly Sunday date and received the POOREST service bar none, worse than McDonald's during a lunch rush. I was told by an employee, whom I had been treated poorly before, that she had to a fellow person in line next to me a few months before "that she had to deal with the rudest customers alllllllll the time like she wasn't so busy"... I believe if her behavior wasn't so poor she might be treated better. My kid kept asking questions about the various ice cream flavors, and instead of nicely walking us through them she rolled her eyes and kept asking "um ok what flavor?" "single or double" "what size shake?" We didn't even ask for a shake... As this person turned to bend over and grab something on the floor we saw her hot pink under pants... Classy. No, and were so annoyed we just got our kids ice cream and left, upon leaving we asked another employee what this employees name was and I believe it was Ahlyssa or Allissa, not sure, but seriously, spending over ten dollars on a couple of scoops of ice cream is ridiculous when you get poor service and you know you can go to WalMart for a gallon cheaper. The reason we even come to Braum's is because our kids like ice cream, and the kids who ASKED to come to this restaurant will not be doing so any time soo. We left soon after and went over to Burger King for shakes instead for the adults (all 7 of us... Do the math almost $3 per shake*7adults=$around21=Braum's losing our business), they might not have as many flavors, but they don't roll their eyes, flash their panties or act rude to a FIVE year old who even noticed and asked "why is she so grumpy?". I hope management doesn't believe in this kind of behavior is appropriate for paying customers
