Harassed treated badly talked down to by female employee

I normally would not have any bad things to say about this restaurant—it is a good restaurant very good service... And the employees there aer nice, but I went to the restaurant recently to pick up a take out order. An obese female employee began literally yelling at me or harassing me, making statements about previous orders I made, and was just exceptionally rude and talking down to me... She had no reason or right to do this. The male workers there are nice and there are usually no problems.

This report is about this particular nasty woman that worked there and she has no right treating customers in this way— she was harassing/bullying, abusive and I told her I did not go to the place to get yelled at and just wanted to pick up my food—she continued talking down to me in a negative and really bad way... She even insisted she was not being rude to me... It is nto right or fair for an employee to treat a customer like dirt or think they can do this to someone. I had placed an order and was jsut trying to pick it up... That's how people get treated for being customers? I explained to her that I'm a customer and should not get treated in this way... And that they should value them..

I left very upset... That lady needs to be told to not treat people in this way and she has no right doing this at all...
