I guess customer service is completely gone. Unless this certain shift leader is at this store you don't get the correct order and you don't get customer service. When I worked in fast food and retail it was expected from the employees, now it seems like the attitude is if you want to service them okay if not oh well. Until someone complains. And then they don't really pay enough attention to do it right the second time. This will be the last time I eat there unless I see the shift leaders car!!! And the Braum's that's right around the corner from my house, We quit going there years ago!!!
