Second-Day Package Delivered to Wrong Address, Still Missing

I have Amazon Prime and use it often. I always get packages on time from other carriers. My package was supposed to be delivered 11/21, and I stayed until 8pm waiting for it. I needed it URGENTLY. Today it's 11/27, and I still do not have it. I am completely disappointed and frustrated with FedEx service. They delivered it to the wrong address, and I still need to wait until tomorrow to get it??? It is completely ridiculous. I contacted Amazon asking them not to ship using FedEx anymore.
