My 2nd day shipping was delivered to wrong address, 1 week after I still don't have it!

I have Amazon Prime & use it often; I always get packages on time from other carriers. My package was supposed to be delivered 11/21 and I stayed until 8pm waiting for it, I needed it URGENTLY, today it's 11/27 and I still DON'T have it. I am completely disappointed and frustrated with Fedex service, they delivered it to the wrong address and I still need to wait until tomorrow to get it??? It is completely ridiculous. I contacted Amazon asking them NOT to ship using Fedex anymore.
