When I first ordered the package, I have always experienced good service with FedEx. One day before It was supposed to be delivered there was a problem with the label and had to be sent back to the shipper. I contacted the shipper and they sent a replacement right away. This total process took one week. I actively tracked the package up until the day of delivery, which took another week. The day it was set to be delivered, the driver must have not wanted to take the time to finish his rout and now I have to wait yet another day. How long must I wait for something I could drive for 1.5 hours and pay $15 more for?
