Very frustrated - containe

I am a Montgomery county, Maryland resident and have used Waste Management for the past 10 years. I called them 2 months ago and once a week after that to have my broken trash bin replaced. Each time I am told someone will call me back in 24 hours, or give me a new trash bin. Each time i spend a long time waiting to hear the same story. So for the past 8 weeks I don’t have a trash bin, my broken bin has to sit by the curb so they can pick it up. They did call me to remind me to pay my bill. Do not use this company, find someone else. I just filed a complaint with Maryland Consumer Protection Agency; next I will file a complaint with the county.
