This has been a very frustrating situation

Credit never provided for return - Bought fire display out of this store, product of low quality, delivered product and adopted all return policy methods. Have UPS tracking number which titles the person who closed for that product. 3 months and several telephone calls later I've yet to get a credit. I've voiced often to some boss in customer support. They've mentioned that I'll obtain my credit, but I've yet to obtain it. I've submitted a "challenge" with my charge card organization and wish they are able to help me. It has been an extremely annoying scenario. I don't recommend this store. Hope this can help another person.
