Disrespectful and angry... - yon ka

I called this online store to find out what their return policy was and an unknown person was extremely blunt and provided poor customer service. I had the impression immediately that he was angry because I wanted to return an item from my order of several items. What I was told, rudely, about the return policy was not the same as what was stated on the store website. He stated that he was going to charge me a 10% fee to return and also S & H from my original order. He kept insisting that he could not take my item back if it had been used, OK, how am I suppose to know if I am allergic to a product if I have not used it??? I would never buy another product from this store just because of the ridiculous return policy. I should have checked before I made my purchase, but I never dreamed that a store would not take a return under these circumstances. The items I bought are upscale beauty products and I am sure that YONKA would not want to hear how I was treated by someone who sells their exclusive products!!! This person even called me back after I hung up to use foul language at me. Very childish and unprofessional.
