Fry's.com - Did Not credit my charge card for a product which was delivered.
Per Cook's customer support telephone directions, I declined shipping (and USPS delivered) the undesirable product to get a credit.
Fry's.com delivered two similar products plus they charged me for both. But I just requested one. I delivered many emails however the didn't react. I really couldnot correct it on the telephone both. Not just cannot they the obtain purchases right-but THEY DO NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH YOUR RETURN.
I questioned the $60 cost with my charge card business. Benefits pending.
