Passion Labels being locked into a 3 year agreement, but not able to get their service

Comcast, my start-up home business (just myself) signed a 3- year agreement with you 13 months ago. I am moving 12 miles away. I went to set up service with you at the new location. Apparently, you're not there yet. So, when I asked if I could get out of the contract or asked to see what Comcast could do, I was told that it's just over $2,000. I could handle $500 or so, but $2,000. My business is still trying to get started and I can't afford $2K. You guys have no compassion. I will never use comcast again. I'm at a loss. You advertise that you are better than Verizon, but this does not show it. I am going to use Verizon and they do not charge such an outrageous fee. Guys, you need to realize that most of these businesses are still small and barley able to make it in the beginning and you treat them like huge corporations with deep pockets. Shame on you!
