Wont' reverse adverse credit reporting even when Utility commission proved I was not in the wrong

We signed up for new service with Verizon upon moving to Oregon. Three weeks after the day they were suppose to have our services turned on, we still did not have all of our services. We switched over to Comcast. They turned our services on within a day. We transferred the phone number over.

We paid our bill for the services we did have with Verizon. The bill is even labeled as final bill. Four months later we start get notices from Verizon that we owed them money. We were current on our bill from Comcast. We reported this to the utility commisioner and their investigation discovered that the line was never fully transferred to Comcast.

No one was stated at fault but Verizon wanted their money. To help us, Comcast wrote off some of their bill so we could pay Verizon but Verizon did NOTHING to budge, help or resolve the issue. They reported our perfect credit as having a deliquency and will not change it.
