Hello from TWC subscriber. Am I the lucky one having only internet with this unpleasant company to deal with? They raised my price for service 4.04 cents without explanation. Calling billing department took quite a bit of time, after reaching life operator telephone went silent...
As a value customer I received today $5 amazon.com gift card (reading customer complain I know I will never redeem it...) This is the tacky gift that I had ever received.
