Worst costumer service; services and products that don't work well; internet is super slow; they installed the internet service a month after we got it, but started charging from the beginning; it took us several calls to fix this issue. When they offered the service, they said it was going to be $A a month, but they ended up charging more than that at times, and the bills were different every month. Costumer service didn't help at all, instead, they made things worse. Waste of time and money and headaches: that's how I would describe my experience with AT&T.
