FedEx Ground costumer service is horrible! - fedex ground service

My experience with FedEx costumer service which is the 1800.622.1147 number was beyond horrible! The costumer service representatives gave attitude and hung up on me 2 times. I had to call 6 times and couldn't get anyone to help me. I work for a small internet based business and we use FedEx as our main shipping carrier, Sometimes we are overcharged on items and need to call to get refunded some money. When i called this last time no one wanted to refund me the money when it was FedEx mistake. I even had proof on many of the orders they over charged us for. When i called in and spoke to a Ryan i got hung up on 2 times after calling back and talking to a Sydney she gave me a lot of attitude. When i asked to talk to her supervisor, She put me on hold for almost a hour. I had to get back to work and didn't have time to wait on the phone for that long. I don't think she even told her supervisor i needed to talk to him/her, but just put me on hold hoping i would go away! This is horrible costumer service. I should have just gone with UPS maybe they will take the time to refund there costumers and do it in a kind respectful manner!!
