Century Link — WORST MISTAKE EVER

I have had Century Link internet for almost two years. And in that two years they had pulled the installation money directly from my credit card twice in one month and I was not refunded.
My router restarts itself atleast 10-20 times a day, each time it does I get disconnected from the internet. Then it finally crapped on me. They sent me a new one (and didn't give me the week I paid for internet back, though I had none, because THERE merch. Took a crap) Then I got my new modem, sent the old one back to find out this month Im getting charged $105.00 for the broken modem they didn't receive over a month ago. Now mind you they had the return sticker for me with the new modem so all I had to do was stick the sticker on it and put the old modem in and drop it off at UPS. Well when they pay for the return sticker. You dont get a receipt with a tracking number and because I didnt have a receipt with a tracking number because I didnt purchase it they are saying I never sent it and charging me money I really dont have over something they did wrong. All and all I would not recommend ANYONE! To get Century Link. They have the worst merchandise, which all of it is also outdated, they worst costumer service, there internet speed is garbage. There is nothing good about this company and their service, The price for this garbage isnt even reasonable! Don't put yourself in my position and keep away from Century Link!!
