Ripoff inferior service websites inaccessible refused to refund my money

I signed up for this bogus service and prepaid for five months. When I tried to access any website it did not respond. I was given the runaround for about a week, finally I gave up and decided to cancel because none of the the websites were responsive which deemed this service useless to me. I called to cancel and was told that they could not refund my money because I prepaid five months in advance. Also it is not true that you don't need a credit card because you can't get this service without one. I am out of 45.00 and I dont have anything to show for it, this company's attitude was tough sh*t. I need to know what I can do about getting my money refunded
