Prepaid to incorporate one of mu businesses in the state of IL.

After sending several e-mails, and leaving several phone messages without a response they finally decided to respond me. After 3 months they sent me a letter saying that I need to sign the paperwork in black ink (they should have told me from the first time).

Due to their failure of registering my corporation I was forced to cancel the the prepaid service.

I asked for a refund, but still after 8 months I haven't seen a cent back, and I have not seen any respons from this bad service provider.
