Ripoff problem with cancelling my billing Internet

I have a big problem with cancelling my billing (Paper billing that you don't even recieve) with AOL. I have cancelled AOL services early this year in February and still being charged for services I don't use. I've called their customer service which only try's to get you to use the services again and then if they're unsucessful they will transfer your call to the cancellation department and give you a cancellation number which is no use because I've called twice with (2) cancellation numbers to date. I'm still getting billed. An example of the billing I'm recieving as follows:

April-23.90
May-74.90
June 1st-47.80/ NSF charge-20.00
July 1st-23.90/ NSF charge-20.00
July 20th-23.90 NSF charge-20.00

Mind you, I only keep certain amounts in the account for the bills I pay for, with this checking account and I get charged by my bank NSF charges of $20.00 each time which to date is $60.00 total that I've lost and trying to get back from AOL. I called customer service again today (July 22) and again requesting the cancellation. This rep was a little more helpful by finding out about account through my Visa Check Card. He found my account and said it is cancelled but there's a outstanding balance of $90 something dollars due. I don't know how that came about and he couldn't explain when it started but to suggest talking to billing department. I don't know what to do, except to call their billing department and get the same response. I'm tired of calling and not getting what I want accomplished. I'm even just asking to give me back June and July back but I'm being offered free service for compensation. Tell me what I can do or if anyone can help me get back my money I need for other bills. We're struggling enough as it is and I'm just trying to get by now.
