Deceptive billing, CSR's who barely speak English, stealing from checking account, not cancelling service, refusing to refund money RIPOFF

I cancelled my subscription to AOL in November of '04.
In April of '04, I noticed that AOL had been billing my checking account for three months of service I did not use.
I called the cancellation department, and got somebody who barely spoke any English. (I believe their call center in based in India.) He acknowledged that I cancelled my account, and did not note any activity on the account since November of '04, but told me he could only refund me one month's fees ($23.90).
He offered me the additional two months in free service to AOL, not understanding that I cancelled the account, did not want it again, etc.
He would not let me speak to a supervisor.
