Will not honor cancellation and refused to give refund for billing after cancellation

On May 15th a contacted Efax to cancel my subscription. The CRS said "No problem" and after a few minues said "Your account is now canceled"

On my bank statement Efax billed for another month on 7/01/09. I called customer service and they saios "You did not cancell this account un til june 23. I saved my records and for the cancellation date and they began to argue with me. I said that the July 1 billing was fraudulent and the CSR refused to pass me on to a supervisor and said "We are not going to credit this account". I went to my bank had had them put a STOP on any future charges by Efax.

Up to the fraudulent charges efax was a good expirence. After cancellation they turned into total jerks.
I would advise anybody to make sure when an efax account is cancelled they make sure their credit card company or bank refuses to allow efax to bill tem again.
