Account bought, Id verification sent, no delivery, no response at all

My order id is: 143587
I paid via PayPal, got a mail asking for ID verification - so I replied with pictures of my ID card. Now 3 days have passed and nothing happened. Noone is reachable via chat, I sent 2 emails - no replies, I sent a Facebook message, no replies.
That is extremely sad. I also involved paypal to get my money back unless the deliver today! Even IF there might be an issue you HAVE to contact our customers and not just ignore them!!!
