Slow, no response, showing false status on orders, not delivering, customer support irrelevant on website since there is NONE, possible scam?

Purchased Item: Item Name (s): 29 Caldari Capital Freighter Pilot on Tranquility (Eve Online) OrderID: 143381 Purchased account, on 13th Feb my paypal was charged for the transaction. Status shows delivered on 15-17th still no delivery, all emails, spam folders checked, regularly, no nothing...
Account purchased, and delivered supposedly-still on sale on website. No replies from customer service, in fact there'snone, only automated mails which i do not need less im an idiot. Put of a review, guess what... Not approved for display
Couple of sites selling similar accounts... That got me really thinking if this site is even legit... Disputed on paypal waiting on reply. Since i noticed gamewar services seems to be more active here rather than attending to customers maybe this would wake them up...
