Gamewar.com takes money but fails to deliver product internet

I ordered an account on September 8th and was bill immediately. A few days passed with no response from the company. Finally i get a response that they are unable to deliver the product but they will give me a coupon to order a different account. Unfortunately the coupon doesnt cover the amount ordered (i received an 8 dollar coupon but for some strange reason i was not allowed to order an account under 8 dollars so i had to put out more money). I chose another one and days pass again and still no update or delivery. Any emails sent by me were met with auto response no answer email. They have a 24/7 customer service, but by 24/7 they mean that is when they are NOT available. I can see i am not the only one left at the mercy of this sadistic company.
