Password Recovery Never Answered After Three Attempts

Yesterday I was on a website that only required choosing PayPal to complete an online purchase. According to PayPal, my password was incorrect, and I tried to recover it. I attempted three times to recover my password, but they have not sent any reply email messages. Then I had one last try today and still no replies.

I do not like PayPal because they send you several email messages repeatedly, several times a day and several times a week, every week. It is very annoying, and I do not know how to stop those repeated email messages. Mostly they bug and threaten you, I would say, with "if you ignore this message, they will suspend your account." Then they fool you by saying it is a fake email message. I checked the email address, and it is PayPal's email address. They tell you it is a spoof mail, which is deceitful.
