JonasD2.com - D2Items.com Multiple sites same paypal same scam Ripoff

My first experience after not playing this game for several years involved an order from JonasD2.com. Their website stated that all items would be delivered within an hour. Six hours later, I initiated their live chat to see what the hold-up was.

I was told that my paypal could not be verified. On the website, they said the alternative was a call from a manager. Contrarily, they said this was impossible online and would have to send me a letter, which I would receive in 5 days.

Six days letter, no letter. I entered the online chat service. This is the response I got:

Support-27: ok, I confirmed that your order had a pending letter verification, seems that we did not send it yet, the guys who send the letters have been notified to send it, you should be getting it within 3 days or so

So six days after the transfer of money, and still no chance of verification. I decided to wait for this real letter.

Four days after that, still no letter. I entered chat again. Response:

Support-35: Please email support@jonasd2.com and my manager will get back to you as soon as possible. It could take up to a few hours.

So 9 days after the initial transfer of funds, and no response as to verification. They couldn't even tell me if they actually sent the letter this time. I emailed the above email, no response in the next two weeks.

I initiated the paypal dispute, and received my money back after an additional 13 days, due to JonasD2 not responding to paypal. At least at this part, I had my money back and figured everything was golden. Note that in the time since (a month), I still have not received the letter.

Well yesterday I decided to order from one of their "competitors." I placed a small order from D2items.com. After doing so, I noticed they used the same email for paypal as JonasD2 (Lewt.com). I was immediately suspicious. After a day of no response (D2items also claims a 1 hour response time on items), I entered chat.

The representative told me that because of a previous reversal they would require me to un-reverse the reversal and only then would they acknowledge the money I had just sent a DIFFERENT site for a completely separate purchase. Knowing how this would end up, I have initated another paypal reversal.

So, these THREE sites are all the same: Lewt.com, JonasD2.com and D2items.com. Do not fall for their scams, and if you happen to have the same problems I do, simply initiate paypal reversal. It'll take ~10 days to get your money back because they're not polite enough to respond/acknowledge/accept the demands, but you'll get it back. They know they don't deliver and as such are afraid to try to back their scam.
