ATX cases Aka Colorcases, inc ripoff, stole my money, lied and cheated me

On 31 January I placed an order with this company in the amount of $379.55, I chose to pay via a money order which I purchased and send out the next day.

Because I got lied to as to the status of my order, I cancelled the order via leaving a phone message (no one answers their phone) on 12 February and the next day again via email.

On the 23 Feb. 2004 someone from this company wrote me an email at 9am that a refund check was issued the week prior, 30 MINUTES LATER THE SAME DAY! Received another email from someone else stating a refund will be issued back to my credit company (keep in mind I paid with a money order)

Since catching them in this blatant lie they have constantly ignored me, even went so far as to reject my emails to them as spam, phone messages never get returned.

In March I mailed out several certified return receipt requested letters demanding my money back. I mailed those to the same address where I mailed my money to and which is still as of today listed as their mailing address on their website. Somehow they managed to 'fool' the postal service into thinking they have moved since all my letters to them came back as "moved left no forwarding address" but a letter mailed from my friends address several weeks ago never came back.

Finally in the last week of April their customer service manager emailed me expressing their apology of the mistreatment (his words) I have received from their company. And he promised me he will take care of this situation swiftly and quickly and he hopes he can make it up to me.

After 27th April, this person is also ignoring every attempt on my part (emails, live support request etc)
Today 14th May, around 11am I left another message on their machine, no one called me back, I then called the same number again around 2pm, this time someone answered the phone, he stated after I asked if this was Atxcases "no speak english" and hung up on me.

Filed reports with several agencies but no one is responding, this company needs to be stopped from ripping people off like this. They have my money for 4 months now and they think they are above the law. Do not buy from them!
