Titan Financial
Rip-off!

Business & Finance

I was solicited by phone in February for a $2500 MasterCard. The card required $299 in fees and charges to be debited from my account. I was told on Feb. 17 that I would receive my card in 7-10 days from the initial phone call and the fees would be debited from my account on March 1.

On March 3, the fees were debited and I still had not received my credit card. I spoke to a customer service rep who advised me that the sales representative had lied and that the card would arrive 12-26 business days after the confirmation of my debit. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I repeatedly asked and was hung up on. I called back and finally spoke to a supervisor. This female stated that my card would be received no later than April 6 and assured me that everything was in order.

April 6 came and went and I called to ask again, where my card was. The customer service rep stated that a mail search would be done and takes at least five days. I called back on April 15 and was assured again that my card would be received on April 16.

April 16, came and went and I have not recevied my credit card. This company debited money from my account and lied about the sales pitch. I do not want my money back just the card I was promised. Each time I call, I speak to the same girl and she gives me a different name when I ask. No one has called me back and his or her customer service persons will not connect me to a complaint area or corporate office.
