Ordered merchandise from these people on a Monday. The website said they were in stock. (sent full payment via paypal) Ten days later merchandise had not come. Tried to contact via email 3 business days in a row to find out shipping status.

No response to email. "Live Support" link on the website says "offline" all the time even though it is supposed to be "online" during business hours. Phone call put me directly to a FULL voice mail box where I could not even leave a message. I tried to call and get a different phone number for the company but information says they don't have a listing that fits that description. After several attempts at contact, finally someone answered saying that some items were on backorder and it would be shipped to me next week. (Apparently they lied about it being in stock)

I replied by cancelling the order and requesting a refund. I could not wait that long for the merchandise. I had a computer down waiting for the parts. I still have not gotten a response or a refund. I have contacted paypal and they are attempting to solve this case. Don't order from these people. They will rip you off. Their reputation was so bad that they had to change their name. It was colorcases.com and now they have changed it to atxcases.com. Don't believe me? Goto colorcasessucks.com where an x-customer has compiled a list of complaints about these con artists.
