Will Not Refund My Money

My complaint against Net Drop Shipper is that payment in the amount of $366.88. The payment was for 4 Bratz Karaoke Machines. The merchandise was never received nor a
Refund was given.

On December 6 a postal money order, serial # 05241714513 in the amount of $366.88 was mailed out to Net Drop Shipper with signature delivery confirmation # 23013460000093512243. This payment was accepted by R. Balanza on December 9 at 10:28 am. The merchandise for this payment was accepted in their database on December 10 and was sent out December 14 with no problems.

The dispute in question, On December 7 a postal money order, serial # 07130600897 in the amount of $366.88 was mailed out to Net Drop Shipper with signature delivery confirmation #23041070000099831632. This payment was accepted by L.A. On December 10 at 11:23 am. No merchandise or refund has been received for this payment.

On December 16, I talked with Arthur on the phone. He told me that they never received the payment I mailed to them on December 7. But I had proof from the signature delivery confirmation that it indeed had arrived there. So I went to the post office, had a trace put on the postal money order after I spoke with Arthur on December 16. I spoke with him a few times that week with no luck at all.

On January 24 I received in the mail the xerox copy of the money order sent to Net Drop Shipper on December 7. The postal money order was cashed/deposited on December 23 at the Wells Fargo Bank to the account #8906308476. I then called/contacted Arthur (Net Drop Shipper) on his cell phone. I told him that I received the Xerox copy of the postal money order payment in question. He replied saying that they only received only the December 6 postal money order payment and the merchandise was sent out. I tried to explain to him that this was a second money order payment of $366.88. He would not listen to me, only INSISTED that I did not send him that second payment. Then he asked me to fax a copy of the Xerox copy of the money order and said he would call me back on January 26 after he would look into the situation. I have been getting the run around with this company and Arthur. It appears to me that they do not want to give me a refund of my money. I feel like I am getting ripped off by this company. I have all documented proof and copies needed to prove my case against this company. I am hoping to have this situation investigated so I can get my money of $366.88 refunded back to me as soon as possible. I believe this company is commiting fraud. Thanks for taking the time to read my complaint.

P.S. I have contacted the local Better Business Bureau in California on this matter but nothing resolved through them.

And Postal Inspectors (have not heard back from them) and The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (just filed complaint to them).
