Requested Uverse on march 23rd 2011
12th nov installment evening.
Technology originated from ATT and dint get sign and so I criticism to my rental office technology.
Got fixed on 16th November.
Received phone from ATT on 19 th Nov stating ATT is arriving for installment on same-day at 3pm
No on turned up!
Named ATT, was on-call for 3 hours plus they stated today no-one can come because they don't function after 5!!
I waited for 4 hours at my location losing my weekend!
Today, they planned me for 21st December, and man comes at 1 pm and attempts some material and would go to rental office falls secrets and moves house, Than the Usual technology from Our rental is available in and certifies sign also it was good.
I tried calling that technology from ATT and he dint obtain my phone, I named 10 OCCASIONS!
I got half-day OFF simply get link since ATT technology dint appear on Saturday 18th...
I tried calling ATT support and was demand 4 hours, please verify my bill incase u dont confidence, consideration is on my complete name...
Than I spoke to 8 various people and eveytimr new tale and than one boss attempted to plan it same-day at 5pm
And he hung-up...
Than I redialed and same tale to 4 various individuals plus they advise me that I've to consider half-day following day to obtain support and so I reduce $2000 by removing half-day 2 times!!! I'm not fool
For this inexpensive organization ATT $98 support b must I spend $2000???
Than they attempted to plan next friday that's afrer 25th December and cant support, they dotn focus on long-weekend, THEY DONT EVEN WORKIN NORMAL TIMES BTW!
Than eventually after speaking for 4 hours on-call, I acquired a routine day of DEC 3rd i. E 45 days after purchase day
AND summary: NO FURTHER ATT, NO suggestion, toughest organization I've previously noticed...
I will provide all proofs to show this problem I'm writing...
Good lluck to ATT clients, don't do it now...
