Poor service/no service

I named directly into attempt to obtain a directv technology. To come back out and repair the problem with my television. The issue was that it had been snomy, the image might venture out subsequently return on. I purchase HD for my television that will be not so old.

After I spoke to some technology; which had me to test items that I previously attempted, without any repair for that issue. I dislike calling to get a technology since all-they do is provide you with the run-around. I had been informed by this technology that she could not do something, but when I still possess the issue to call-back plus they might deliver a technology out to repair it. And also the issue was never mounted. If this is actually the type of support they provide clients perhaps I ought to change to DISH TV.
