I have a mother who received a viable threatening phone call from a private number. She has followed all legal avenues, a subpoena has been served on Timewarner by the local DA but it has been over 2 weeks and still no action on Timewarner as no name has been provided. A 75 year old lady should not have to live in fear due to the negligence and slowness of Timewarner. Nor should the expense of a State Trooper patrol have to be extended to provide drive bys until the matter is resolved. Needless to say the inconvenience of having grandchildren staying with her due to the threat. This is EXTREMELY poor service
