Order canceled and i wasn't contacted

On December 14, I put an extremely big purchase on Aeropostale online. This purchase was over fifty percent of my kids Holiday presents. Just a couple times after I put my purchase, Aeropostale ended it and didn't contact me. They stated the delivery address did not complement the payment address. The main reason the handles didn't fit was since I didn't need my purchase visiting my house where my children may have been those to obtain it. Today they CAn't credit my consideration, for perhaps 15-30 business days. Everybody that I talked to about the telephone was really type and was attempting to be useful, but that's no justification for eliminating an order for no cause. They might have atleast approached me to I'd like to realize that my purchase have been ended then I'dnot be 3 nights from Holiday without any gifts for my kids, with no cash on my charge card since it was not paid back. I DID SO store a great deal at Aeropostale, but this really is simply absurd!!!
