I bought over $200 bucks worth of garments for my daughter to subsequently deliver having a friend to her in Kenya. To make sure delivery of the order before the buddy visiting Nigeria, I paid additional for that 2-3 day delivery and named and spoken to some consultant of the organization, who examined each product was in-stock and could be obtained inside the 2-3 time interval in the period of my purchase. The purchase wasn't obtained until 3 nights later, after our buddy had left for Kenya. Though used to do not obtain my purchase within the 2-3 time interval, Aeropostale will not return my shipping charges. Their client division is very rude and doesn't worry about their clients. I had been repeatedly informed that it's not their plan to return shipping charges for any cause. Obviously, Iwas not able to deliver to my daughter the things she'd selected and that I bought on her. I've ended my connection with this specific store and motivate all others to do this.
