I created 2 individual purchases from Aeropostale.com online plus one of the purchases never managed to get to my door. I named the client support to protest about this plus they stated they'd reship my products once they place a tracer on it. Alternatively I obtained a contact that they can not reship or credit me for my package.

I called Customer Support back simply to be informed they'd submit another demand that they didn't.

This package included Holiday gifts for my 14-year old child. I create small to no cash which was all I really could do on her and today I've nothing. I got it upon myself to call-ups (the courier) and upon further study they advised me that advantages isn't responsible for these kind of problems which the shipper (Aeropostale) is meant to complete a Tracer whether there is a trademark or not-which the machine didnt show them doing.

I subsequently required the advantages Customer Support Repetition e-mail the trademark in my experience to ensure that I will deliver it to Aeropostale.

I then called Aero back using the data and that I was informed That data is null and emptiness which once more my demand continues to be refused. I invest money with one of these individuals as well as for them to simply assume me to consider this dropped is absurd.
