Edgenet
Sues Fleeing Customers, is Dealt a Severe blow of the Big Hammer by Appellant Court

Internet & Web

Edgenet, a data provider company which was once the data provider forced on their vendors by The Home Depot and Lowes was fired by both home improvement retailers, as their vendors complained about price gouging, dismissal service and unstable and unreliable web site and data management system. Edgenet's data errors rate was high, and correction took long, with no one answering phone calls.

In addition, Edgenet was helping their online competitors such as Google and Amazon enter into the Home Improvement eCommerce in a big way.

In place of being humbled by loss of both of its anchor customers, Edgenet had the gall of actually filing multiple lawsuits against Home Depot and the replacement provider hired by Lowe.

Justice was finally served on September 2 when the Seventh Circuit decided in favor of Home Depot that the home improvement and construction goods retailer did not infringe upon Edgenets copyright.

That has not deterred the CEO Tom Frederick to continue his clandestine affair with several female employees.
