Bundle Billed Far Above Agreed Price, Went Back to Brighthouse

We sign up for verizon bundle package services we had a agreement of one hundred and 3 dollars plus tax per month well the first month they billed us for 185 dollars we went to the store and complained we got nowhere with them they said the first month is high never got a complete answer from them as why the second month it was 172 dollars we asked why it was so high all we got was double talk from their rep.

The third month was the same I threw a fit in their office and they were gonna called the cops on me because I could not get a answer for any of my questions could not even get a balance out of them who would not be mad.

I have since canceled my service and went back to Brighthouse who I should never left in the first place they have very good service and the bill is always the same do not use verizon they do not stick to their contract
