I have been billed by collection agency for a year or more. I bundled phone-cable tv & internet thru Verizon before fios. My contract ended with Verizon and I chose another bundled service. I sent Direct tv all equipment and was told that I could not cancel. I never had any contract with Direct tv as Verizon used them. I paid Verizon and they paid Direct tv. Cable services are paid in advance so how can I owe them $588.00? I am tired of collection agency calling. I canceled Verizon's services because high winds and bad weather would interfer with tv reception. Dish was blown over as it sat on roof rather than attached to house.
