AT&t Rip Off

I Am on social security and have a low fixed income. I was told that i could get a start up Internet service for $129.95 initially. Then I would pay $19.95 a month for a 12 Month period. And that i could Make Payment arrangements on the initial start up costs. My First Bill was $209.95 not the $129.95 that I was told. But still I called and I was given the run around. But Finally they said that i had to pay at Least $100.00 of the Bill and then pay the rest in a Few Weeks. I told them that I did not have that much money and that I received a check once a month only and the times varied from the 7th to the 13th. Of each month. But that i would do with out eating to pay the Bill. I do not want anyone else on a fixed income to have to go through what AT&T did to Me.
