Twelve months previously an AT&T sales person closed me-up to get a promotional offer without revealing the truth that it needed a-one-year contract, that was likewise unclear in the paperwork they delivered. Whilst the end-of the contract contacted, I named to ask what might occur. Another salesman explained the cost might proceed from $25/mo to $40. I told them I had been no further involved. They moved me to "Preservation, " where I had been informed to call-back about the evening my agreement ended plus they might signal me-up to get a new contract, $20/mo. I named on that evening and was delivered to another "preservation" individual who explained that I really could have that contract but I should first spend 3 months in the $40 price. I objected about the reasons the prior repetition had provided me another account. We went around and around with this, and lastly the repetition provided me a $20 refund, but stated that on no account might he set the contract written down — he stated "the computer program would not allow him." Everything appears extremely questionable in my experience, and he also informed me that there is "another organization included" which made it problematic for him to honor claims made. I requested to talk to his supervisor and he explained he did not have one — he was essentially their own boss.
